Where does it hurt?

How do you know which of our products is right for you?  Should you choose a bracelet, a necklace or an ankle bracelet?  Do you need more than one?

While magnetic jewelry is able to provide amazing results for a variety of different conditions, it's always a good idea to choose the best tool for the job.  The diagram below will show you the most common uses for each of the products we make.  A few general rules to keep in mind is to wear the magnets as close to the source of pain as possible (lower back pain is the exception to this as you will see in the chart below), and address the most frequent or most uncomfortable pain first.

Where does it hurt? How Magnetic Jewelry Can Relieve Pain

I hurt all over.  How do I decide what to do?

Many, many people face this same decision when trying magnetic therapy for the first time.  This is our basic recommendation:

If you have pain and discomfort in multiple areas, think about your pain in groups.  For example, if you have pain in 4 of the 12 areas above, which category do the most fall into?  Perhaps a bracelet is the best because it will address your fingers, hands, and wrists; or a necklace because you have migraines along with upper back and neck pain.  While it isn't likely either a necklace or a bracelet is going to help you with severe knee pain, you will be able to experience first hand the power of magnets.  We feel confident that after giving magnetic therapy a try, you will be able to gauge whether or not adding an additional piece of magnetic jewelry will help you achieve the results you desire.

I have both lower and upper back pain.  Do I need both a necklace and an ankle bracelet?

You may.  However, if the upper and lower back pain is about equal, it is usually best to start with a necklace.  Wearing one of our high powered magnetic necklaces may provide satisfactory relief from both upper and lower back pain.  If you feel you are getting great results with the necklace for your upper back pain, but you feel like you need additional relief for your lower back pain, simply add an ankle bracelet.  We understand it may sound strange to suggest wearing an ankle bracelet for lower back pain, but we have found this has consistently provided the best results for our customers over the years.  Please note, should you wear socks, to achieve optimum results, wear the ankle bracelet under your sock so it remains in contact with your skin.

What about Fibromyalgia?

Honestly, it depends.  It's important to think about where you are experiencing the most discomfort.  Most people tell us it's the neck, shoulders, and upper back, so we recommend and have been getting great results with our high powered magnetic necklaces.  Others find that their leg pain that bothers them the most, in which case our high powered magnetic ankle bracelet is the best choice.  Likewise, if you primarily suffer from pain in the hands, wrists, or arms, we recommend our high powered magnetic bracelets.
