Purchases Made In Person

If you purchased from us at a craft show, festival, or other in-person event, we unfortunately don’t have a record of those purchases.

First, check the back of your “IMPORTANT INFORMATION” sheet. We normally write your size on the back when you make your purchase.

Can’t find your size? No problem! You can submit a picture of your product, and we’ll help determine the correct size for you.

Online or Phone Orders

If you purchased from us through our previous website or by phone, we should have your complete order history, including your previous sizes.

Simply submit this form, and we’ll look up your order history and get back to you with your correct size(s) as soon as possible.

Ready to Place Your Order?

If you’re unsure of your size, you can still place your order now. Just make your best guess for your size when placing your order.

As long as you submit one of the forms above, we will verify your size before we ship your order. We’ll use your previous order history or the picture you submit to make sure we have the correct size.
