Refund policy

Our return policy is what sets us apart.  At Magnets Really Work, we understand that you wanted to love your product, but perhaps it did not work for you.  Per our return policy, you have 30 days to try out our products and if you decide magnets are not for you, contact us and we will offer you a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping charges.

Send us an e-mail at info@magnetsreallywork.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will provide an address where you can mail back your product, and once we are notified that you have shipped it, we will initiate the full refund, less shipping charges.  

The 30 day window to try our products is not a hard deadline - we understand that you may have received this as a gift months after it was purchased.  If you fall outside the 30 day return window by a small margin, please e-mail us and we will discuss your options. 

If you ever have any issues with any of our products, please e-mail us and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.  No matter how long you have been wearing our products, we want to keep you a happy and satisfied customer.
